Η φύτευση σπόρων είναι αρκετά απλή. Ωστόσο, υπάρχουν μερικά βήματα που πρέπει να γίνουν για να δώσουν στους σπόρους την καλύτερη δυνατότητα βλάστησης.
Συμβουλές έναρξης σπόρων σε γλάστρες: Χρησιμοποιήστε χώμα χωρίς λιπάσματα. Οι σπόροι Habanero περιέχουν αρκετά θρεπτικά συστατικά για να βλαστήσουν και να αναπτυχθούν σε ύψος 2.5-5 εκατοστών. Το έδαφος που χρησιμοποιείτε για τη φύτευση σπόρων θα πρέπει να προορίζεται για σπορόφυτα.
Εάν καλλιεργείτε μόνο μερικά φυτά, θέλετε να βεβαιωθείτε ότι οι σπόροι σας θα φυτρώσουν. Φυτεύοντας 2 ή περισσότερους σπόρους ανά δοχείο, αυξάνετε τις πιθανότητες επιτυχούς βλάστησης. Εάν και οι δύο σπόροι φυτρώσουν, απλά αφαιρείτε έναν από αυτούς όταν φτάσουν σε ύψος 2.5 εκατοστών.
Φυτεύετε σε βάθος 3-6 mm για ιδανική βλάστηση.
Συμβουλή: Εάν έχετε περιορισμένη ποσότητα σπόρων και θέλετε να συντηρήσετε τους σπόρους, μπορείτε να αγνοήσετε αυτό το βήμα. Απλώς φυτέψτε έναν σπόρο ανά δοχείο για να αποφύγετε τη σπατάλη των σπόρων.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της βλάστησης, η θερμοκρασία του εδάφους πρέπει να είναι στους 26-32°C κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και περίπου στους 20-24°C τη νύχτα. Οι πιπεριές προέρχονται από πολύ ζεστά κλίματα και η ζέστη βοηθά σημαντικά στην έναρξη της βλάστησης.
