SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS

The online store www.ethosherbals.com offers the following ways of shipping the products:

1. COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

You have the possibility to receive your order directly from our store - as long as you select "Pick up from the store" when placing your order. Our store is located on 2 Andrea Metaxa Street, 10681, Athens.

In case of receiving your order from our store, you are not charged with the costs mentioned below.

2. SHIPPING BY COURIER WITHIN GREECE

Orders are sent from our company to the ELTA Courier or ACS companies, on the same day or in 1 working day.

Usually the carriers deliver within 1-3 working days (depending on the destination) from the date of shipment of the goods. Hard to reach areas usually require 5+ days.

The shipping cost is €5.00 per order, regardless of the volume or weight of the products, for domestic shipments. If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, you are charged an additional €1.5 – a total of €6.5 – per order.

The minimum order amount for online shipping of products is €23.00. For orders over €50.00 within Greece, shipping is free.

3. SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS

Regarding shipments to Cyprus, the shipping cost is €20.00 per order (product weight up to 2kg) using the FPC AIR service of ELTA COURIER. By using the FPC service you can expect your parcel to reach your hands quickly.

Alternatively we can send you your parcel via FPC SHIPPING. In this case, the shipping cost amounts to €10.00 per order (product weight up to 2kg). But at least 5 working days are required until your package reaches you.

When the value of your order exceeds €65.00 (excluding shipping costs), we give you a product of your choice worth €10.00 as a gift. You can write the product you want in the comments or contact us by phone/e-mail.

Customers have all payment methods EXCEPT cash on delivery.

4. FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

Shipping to foreign countries is carried out through the ACS network (EU Economy). We can also arrange transportation with another company of your choice upon consultation. We inform you that if your country of residence is not part of the EU,upon arrival of the package in your country you may be asked to pay domestic duties, taxes and/or customs charges as assessed by the laws of the respective state. Attention: Depending on the legislation of the respective state, other surcharges may apply. In any case, it is your responsibility to know what applies to international shipments in your country of residence. Please to understand that we are not related with any charges. They are not under our control. Expenses falling under customs duties, forears and/or customs charges of foreign countries are solely your responsibility.

5. ACS – EU ECONOMY

The service includes the collection of shipments from the sender's address and the delivery of shipments to the countries of the European Union* by road transport, without a time commitment for the time of collection and delivery. The service is provided at a sender's fee only.

Shipments are tracked as in courier services with electronic tracking (track & trace) at all stages of shipment handling, while delivery is also performed with a signature.

* With the exception of the country of Cyprus, which is served by the ACS Cyprus Economy service, and Bulgaria, which is served by the ACS Net Express service (zone N) respectively.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

  1. We do not accept returns of packages that have been opened. The products must be new, in their original condition, not used.
  2. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ethos Herbals.
  3. If for some reason you want to return a product whose packaging has not been opened: you can do so within 7 working days from the day of receipt of your order.
  4. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the products arrive again at our headquarters.
  5. The cost of the products can be reimbursed in these cases. The refund concerns ONLY the retail cost of the products, NOT the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted unless the Ethos Herbals administrator deems that they can be made – subject to specific conditions which will be stated before the exchange process begins.
